Ingredients:
2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 medium ripe banana
2 tablespoons cashew butter (or nut
butter of choice)
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 packet stevia (optional)
2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender
and blend to combine. Serve chilled.
