Zero - 60 Workout

Need a quick and effective workout when you're on-the-go?  Try this:

10 Burpees
20 Squats
30 Alternating Lunges
40 Crunches
50 Jumping Jacks
60-Second Plank Hold
Rest 60 Seconds

Repeat 3 times and end with stretching.
